How do you win the hearts of German families for a young Dutch brand?
For Zipster, the Amsterdam-based fashion label offering sustainable children’s and family clothing made from soft bamboo fabric, we develop a comprehensive communications strategy to support the brand’s entry into the German market.
A key pillar of this strategy: strategic licensing partnerships designed to boost awareness and affection for Zipster among German families. The partners need to align perfectly with Zipster’s modern, sustainable brand world and emotionally resonate with parents of children aged 0 to 8.

At the same time, Zipster’s core values – sustainability, closeness and community – align seamlessly with the Janosch world.
The resulting collection combines Dutch design with Janosch’s unmistakable illustrations, delighting families through authenticity and style.
To introduce the Zipster x Janosch collection, we inform media and key influencers through a press release and product mailing to selected journalists from the family, lifestyle and sustainability sectors.
The response is overwhelming: families embrace the collection enthusiastically, and many pieces sold out shortly after launch. Further collections with established partners will follow in the coming months – each one chosen for its strong audience fit and significant growth potential.
